Man stabbed after finding wife, father-in-law naked in bed

PONTIAC, Mich. (AP) — A 47-year-old man has been charged in the stabbing of his son-in-law who came home to find the older man naked in bed with his own 24-year-old daughter.
The man was arraigned Wednesday in Pontiac on assault charges. A preliminary examination conference will be held Sept. 17.
The Associated Press is not naming him because police also are investigating whether his daughter was sexually assaulted.
Oakland County sheriff's officials say the 25-year-old son-in-law was stabbed in the back Saturday after confronting the man. His wife told investigators she and her father had been out drinking and that she passed out after returning home with him.
Officials say the father-in-law is on probation for a separate assault charge. He was released from prison in 2012 after serving time for armed robbery.
