Oshoala: I’m undecided on my next move

NIGERIA’S Asisat Oshoala says she is undecided on her next move, even as she has many foreign clubs currently on her trail.
Oshoala won the 2014 GLO-CAF Youth Player of the Year and Woman Player of the Year  awards on Thursday but said she remained undecided about her football future.
“Talking about my move, ...to be sincere, I have lots of clubs coming out for me now at the moment, but I am yet to decide where I want to go,” Oshoala said after the GLO-CAF awards ceremony in Lagos.
She even hinted at her likelihood of featuring in the local league for sometime to come despite the many offers from the foreign clubs.
“Talking about leaving Africa now, I am yet to decide because I feel I have it at home,” she says.
The Rivers Angels of Port Harcourt player however argued that if the football league in Nigeria could produce Africa’s best female footballer in her person, then such league is a very good one.
“No doubt about it, the Nigerian league is a very good league, you can see, because if a player can be playing in our league, then coming out as the best female player in Africa, definitely it is a very good league.”
On her GLO-CAF awards, the 2014 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup Golden Boot and Golden Ball winner says they will only spur her to do more.
“This award is important to my career because I don’t see it as a stop for me. It is more like something that will serve as an assignment to me, to be a better player next year and always.”
