Carl Thompson is Britain's fattest man and he has a message: "Don't eat junk food all the time or you'll end up like me."
Carl weights 65 stone and if he doesn't stop eating 10,000 calories a day he could be dead soon.
Carl, 32, needs to change his epic diet, but what does it include:
Breakfast: A massive fry up of four sausages, a whole pan of butter-drenched mushrooms and five fried eggs and fried bread, as well as a huge bowl of cereal with full fat milk.
Lunch: Pasta, chips, bacon, pork pies, crisps, pasties, sandwiches and chocolate.
Carl supplements these meals with five takeaways a week, which include curries, pizzas and Chinese food.
Asked about his favourite food, he said he was hooked on puddings, including ice creams and magnum ice lollies, but admitted: "I love all food and will eat anything."
Mr Thompson was taken to hospital five times last year after he slipped over and couldn't get back up at his home in Dover.
It's not just his health that has suffered, his love life has also taken a hit.
His last relationship was with a woman called Rachel 10 years ago.
They split up after he started getting 'too fat' and he got even larger when his mum Elaine Hoyle, a cleaner, died of a brain tumour, in 2012
