16 ISIS fighters ordered for suicide bomb duty after contracting HIV from sex slaves

At least 16 ISIS militants have been ordered to be suicide bombers after they contracted HIV from sex slaves they shared, according to a Syrian news report.

"Most of those infected are foreign militants who had sexual intercourse with two Moroccan women," a Syrian doctor in Al Mayadeen told ARA News. "The women passed on the disease to the militants before their infection was revealed."
The two women have since reportedly escaped into Turkey. The men have been put into quarantine.
But ISIS still has plans for them.
According to a civil rights activist who spoke to ARA, leadership has assigned the men to suicide missions.
This isn't the first HIV scare within the ISIS ranks. A few months ago, an Indonesian militant reportedly infected his sex slave with HIV before reselling her. The man also gave blood, which caused further panic that the disease had spread.
