 Like a scene out of a horror movie, a 10-year-old girl, Damilola Fasanya, who went missing on Saturday, January 9, 2016 in Ipaja area of Lagos, came home two days later to recount horrific tales of her short time in the hands of her kidnappers.

In fact, after her captors released her, she was so traumatised by what she saw that she could not gain her memory back for two days.

If Damilola’s parents did not vouch for her truthfulness, many would have dismissed her story as mere product of an imaginative mind.

Damilola said that on Saturday, she was on her way back from the errand she ran for her father around their street at Ipaja when a vehicle double-crossed her.

A suspected member of a gang of ritual killers, Ganiyu Tajudeen (25), has been arrested by the operatives of Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad, (FSARS), Osun State Command, after the killing and beheading of a four-year-old Bakare Teslim.

The killing was said to have occurred in Iragbiji, the headquarters of Boripe Local Government Area of Osun State recently.

The FSARS operatives have through the arrest curbed the activities of the gang which was said to have carried out series of murder of innocent residents of Osun State in recent times.

Before he “laid down his arms”, MEND and other militants held the country by the jugular, bombing oil installations and taking oil workers hostage. That was until the Federal Government declared an amnesty for the militants.
Under former President Goodluck Jonathan, the former militants lived like kings. But the table seems to have turned. The no-nonsense President Muhammadu Buhari is now in charge. Tompolo is now a wanted man.

Tuko.ke reports that the 26-year-old man, Nelson Jalang’o Oginga, had allegedly checked into the hotel on Friday night, January 8, in the company of an unidentified woman, only for his corpse to be discovered the next day with no trace of the woman.
