A Nigerian man has been arrested by the police in Kenya for allegedly stabbing his compatriot to death following a business deal that went bad.
Kenya NTV reports that the middle-aged suspect stabbed the victim who was his friend and business partner, during an argument over money in Ruaka, a town in Kiambu County of Nairobi.
It was gathered that residents who responded to screams in an apartment on September 18, 2017, rushed to the scene and apprehended the culprit who had stabbed the deceased several times in the chest with a knife, and started beating him before he was saved by police.
He was taken to the Karuri Police Station while the deceased's body was taken to the Nairobi City Mortuary.
Neighbors described the two men who were often seen together, as secretive and reserved.
