3 students to face murder charges over dormitory fire

Following the school fire that killed 2 students of Stephjoy Boys High School, Kenya, 3 students of the school have been arrested and are being charged with murder.

The initial death toll rose from two to three when another severely injured student, Zachary Njoroge, died while undergoing treatment at the Kenyatta Nation National Hospital on Monday night.
This means that 3 students are now dead from the dormitory fire, and we do not know if the injured students are out of the woods yet.

According to NationFM, nine other students who were arrested alongside the three were released by police this morning after investigations vindicated them.
